I'm not sure how to navigate my course
Each course includes a Welcome In tab with a walkthrough video — this is the best place to start. The walkthrough video will guide you through exactly where everything is located inside your course so you can get acquainted before diving in. Log in at academy.decodingyourdesign.com/enrollments → select your course → open the Welcome In tab and start there.
I can't find my course
Log in at academy.decodingyourdesign.com/enrollments — all courses and programs you are enrolled in will appear on your dashboard.
If your course is not appearing, you may have accidentally created a duplicate account with a different email address. This is more common than you'd think — check any other email addresses you may have used at signup. If you are still unable to locate your course email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase and we will locate your account and get you sorted.
I'm in the membership but I can't find Path of Alchemy or The Living Compass on my dashboard
Path of Alchemy and The Living Compass are not separate courses on your dashboard — they are located inside your Decoding Your Design Membership Course. Log in at academy.decodingyourdesign.com/enrollments → select Decoding Your Design Membership Course → scroll down to find the Path of Alchemy or Living Compass chapter inside the course.
I can't find my Zoom link or call schedule
Log in at academy.decodingyourdesign.com/enrollments → select your course → open the Welcome In tab → your Zoom link and full call schedule are located there. Copy and paste the Zoom link directly into your browser — do not click it.
My Zoom link isn't working
Copy and paste the link directly into your browser — do not click it. If that doesn't work try the following:
- Clear your browser cache
- Disable pop-up blocker — Zoom opens in a separate window
- Try a different browser
- Update your Zoom app
I was not admitted to a call
To maintain the integrity of our calls, entry is only granted to registered participants. Please ensure your Zoom display name matches the name you registered with — if it does not match you will not be admitted.
If you need to update your Zoom display name please visit zoom.us for instructions on how to do this before your next call.
I can't find my replay
Log in → select your course → scroll to the relevant chapter — replays are uploaded inside the course after each call.
When will my replay be uploaded?
Replays are edited and uploaded inside your course after each call. Please allow a few days for processing — we are a small team and appreciate your patience.
I can't find my workbook
Workbooks are located inside the first lesson of each chapter, just beneath the video. Log in → select your course → open the relevant chapter → click the first lesson — the workbook is there.
When will I receive call reminders?
Email reminders are sent out 1 hour before every call. To view the full schedule ahead of time, log in → select your course → open the Welcome In tab and find your course schedule there.
I'm not receiving emails from us
Check your spam or promotions folder and mark [email protected] as a safe sender so you don't miss call reminders and updates.
I still can't find what I need
Email [email protected] with a description of the issue and what you've already tried. We respond within 48 hours Monday through Friday — we do not monitor emails on weekends.
